I have never really had a strong women mentor or someone who would challenge me. As I do my internship at GVI for women my supervisor is doing this very well. Each time I meet with her I am challenge in my own life, she helps me to see things that I did not see and grow in ways that I never thought possible. And this helps me to better aid the women because I need to be able to go the places I ask them to.
